AD&C Society is designed as a HUMAN decentralised autonomous organisation ("DAO") in DIGITALUNIVERSE, connecting through
Peer to Peer Communications, "Edge to Edge" nodal mesh network processing, storage and memory compliant with Alliance iii.o principles.
AD&C Society membership is limited to HUMANs.
Each Member agrees with other Members, confidentiality, privacy, respect for property of others and similar covenants as set forth in AD&C Society Protocol.
Each Member operates in conjunction with their respective Digital Twin, interfacing with various Ecosystem Protocol assets, in a manner designed to facilitate risk mitigation and benefit from ai optimisation and collaboration.
AD&C Principals are AD&C Society Members primarily engaged in innovation, advisory, expansion, transacting and collaboration, with and without portfolio. These parties have primary interaction with Sponsors.
Alliance iii.o Infrastructure Professionals represent parties who are at the core of infrastructure technology development, including programmers, subject matter experts, specialists and content professionals.
New Protocols generally begin with AD&C Principals for their own account, in conjunction with Sponsors and/or in collaboration with Alliance iii.o Infrastructure Professionals. A Sponsor Representative may be invited into membership.
AD&C Principals, Alliance iii.o Infrastructure Professionals, Alliance Sponsors and other Members, each a HUMAN, may benefit from applicable Role-based Membership including in multiple Roles.

Ecosystem Society Membership structure is described below for purposes of discussion.
The membership roll-out strategy is described in five phases: i) core Society founders, ii) component, development and strategic collaborative partners, iii) market partners, advisors, strategic alliances, iv) Ecosystem prototyping partners and strategic alliances, and v) monetary units launch.
An ECOSYSTEM Society is designed as a group of HUMAN participants who promote expansion of an Ecosystem, advise on its direction, seek to protect its persistence, nurture innovation, educate as to its primary purpose of improving the Core Focus os such Ecosystem for members of Ecosystem and humankind, in essence undertake the role of "godparents", operating in a digital ecosystem.
Society is designed to include Society-wide, Initiative and sub-category elements, such as "country or region" and/or Initiative within country or region designations and allocation capabilities.
For example, a Senior Fellow or Fellow may be applied to Society, as well as an Initiative. A Senior Fellow or Fellow may be designated "with portfolio". Additional designations may be added such as "Academic Fellow".
These role designations are designed to map to allocations of participations, distributions, benefits, reimbursements, voting and allocation of Society charitable donations.
A natural person may have multiple designations. For example, a Senior Fellow (International), may be a Fellow in DX-Digital Transformation Initiative (US) and a Senior Fellow - Cost Optimisation Initiative - Thailand. The Protocols for these allocations may be subject to internal vote.
At the initial level is a Member's participation in specific transactions within an Initiative ("Base Transaction Participation"). The amount of Member Deposit may increase Base Transaction Participations as well as other allocations. The Member may have participatory rights in Initiative County|Region allocations, as well as Society Country|Region allocations, and Society level allocations.
Deposits Protocol is to be designed to accomplish a range of objectives and is currently under discussion.
