Society Membership

Ecosystem Society Membership structure is described below for purposes of discussion.

The membership roll-out strategy is described in five phases: i) core Society founders, ii) component, development and strategic collaborative partners, iii) market partners, advisors, strategic alliances, iv) Ecosystem prototyping partners and strategic alliances, and v) monetary units launch.

ECOSYSTEM Society

An ECOSYSTEM Society is designed as a group of HUMAN participants who promote expansion of an Ecosystem, advise on its direction, seek to protect its persistence, nurture innovation, educate as to its primary purpose of improving the Core Focus os such Ecosystem for members of Ecosystem and humankind, in essence undertake the role of "godparents", operating in a digital ecosystem.

Ecosystem and Society operate under principles established under Alliance iii.o and Web 3.0, two internet-based digital protocols.

Alliance iii.o principles include the concept of uniquely identified parties as a fundamental feature. Thus, a party can be mapped to any ECOSYSTEM adopting Alliance iii.o principles with their unique public and private IDs, Quantum Security Keys and unique IP addresses.

Fundamental PRIMITIVES of Alliance iii.o include HUMAN, ORGANISATION and INTELLIGENCE. A natural person (a "HUMAN") generally has a "natural" legal person recognised by a country. A HUMAN operating in various countries may have more than one natural legal person. A HUMAN doing business as a "DBA", sole proprietership or limited liability company has one or more "legal persons". A sole owner of a "corporation" may be viewed to have a non-natural or juridical "legal person". Two natural legal persons may often be referred to as a "partnership".  Alliance iii.o refers to these various legal person groupings as an "Organisation". Under Alliance iii.o this geographic, country-specific historic paradigm is referred to as "HOMEWORLD".

In the evolving digital world which may operate on Planet Earth as well as beyond, without connection to geographic borders in some instances, within networks of connected energy fields at "nano" scale, the emergence of artificial intelligence technologies have opened the concept of another form of "person", just as the courts of England centuries ago defined a "legal person" for doing business and limiting liability. Alliance iii.o refers to any such future form or concept as an "Intelligence". The operational environment is referred to as "DIGITALUNIVERSE".

Alliance iii.o principles are designed to enable ECOSYSTEM infrastructure to support a "natural person", i.e. HUMAN, archetype to uniquely identify as a HUMAN, an ORGANISATION and an INTELLIGENCE, operating in HOMEWORLD as well as in DIGITALUNIVERSE.

From these core concepts, any form of Organisation may be defined, as well as any Intelligence.

Under Alliance iii.o principles, an ECOSYSTEM is formed through a PROTOCOL, in essence a set of standards, specifications, by-laws, designs, etc. It is not a company, partnership, corporation or historic form of legal entity or construct. It defines a framework which operates within digital systems defined as its DIGITALUNIVERSE, a nodal mesh network of "vertices and edges", i.e nodes and connections. Components ("nodes") may be simple or aggregated, may exist in virtual configurations without geographic nexus and/or on a server with a geographic latitude | longitude | elevation position, effecting an action at a singular point in time, or multiple time slots in n number of memory energy fields on or off planet, simply effecting a binary change state (changing 1 and Os) or at rest.

A Connection ("transit") in its simplest form, involves separating a message into very small message pieces placed in uniquely identified packets and instructing each packet to find its destination as quickly as possible and then assemble itself and other packets into the original message.

Similar to chemistry, physics and biology, the concept might be visualised as "nano computing".  Current advanced information technologies ("IT") enable "atomisation" of inputs for processing, memory, storage and network transit, enabling results observation to be reconstructed at any permitted geographic point and time, on or off planet.

These concepts are at the core of Alliance iii.o and are designed to enable n number of configurations of ECOSYSTEMs, their Components and Connections.

MEMBERSHIP ROLES

Senior Fellow - This class of Members represents Fellows (defined below) who have distinguished themselves in Society service.
Fellows - This class of Member represents the primary innovators, catalysts which drive development, growth and expansion, and focus on protecting longevity, fidelity, efficiency and fairness of Ecosystem. Their focus is on marketing, education, development of new products and services, and their role as the HUMAN contingent among an expanding bevy of compute systems and DIGITALUNIVERSE intelligences. The benefits structure of Society is to be apportioned to this group in an amount comensurate with their design contributions, implementation activities and efforts.
Associate Members - This class of Members may include parties wishing to join Society and participate in Initiatives in supporting roles, including technologists and social media influencers.
Appointed  Members - Members from academia, specialists in areas of interest, and a broad range of potential participants which may be of assistance to Society, may respond to an invitation to join and share their insights.
Member Participants - This category may include members of Participant DAO, HUMANS who participate in various Initiatives including medical, healthcare and wellness professionals, patients, and other Initiative partiipants.
Supporting  Members - This category may include a broad range of parties who subscribe to Society activities and perhaps financially support their efforts.

Affiliates

Foundations - Non-profit foundations associated with Lighthouse Philanthropies. These charitable | educational foundations are the interest holders of Ecosystem ISO, and are included in the ISO - International Sponsor Organisation Protocol for establishing "Sponsor" organisations under Alliance iii.o Protocol.
Affiliates - These parties are generally expected to be non-natural persons who wish to support the work and efforts of Society.
Members are subject to initial and continuing membership fees. In addition, Fellows and Senior Fellows are subject to maintaining a Society Deposit. Fellows and Senior Fellows have voting status within Society on a weighted vote basis. Several inputs determine weighted vote and may also be applied to matters of Society and Initiative participation, as well as expense reimbursements and benefits allowances.

Membership Designations | Allocations

Society is designed to include Society-wide, Initiative and sub-category elements, such as "country or region" and/or Initiative within country or region designations and allocation capabilities.

For example, a Senior Fellow or Fellow may be applied to Society, as well as an Initiative. A Senior Fellow or Fellow may be designated "with portfolio".   Additional designations may be added such as "Academic Fellow".

These role designations are designed to map to allocations of participations, distributions, benefits, reimbursements, voting and allocation of Society charitable donations.

A natural person may have multiple designations. For example, a Senior Fellow (International), may be a Fellow in DX-Digital Transformation Initiative (US) and a Senior Fellow - Cost Optimisation Initiative - Thailand. The Protocols for these allocations may be subject to internal vote.

Allocations

At the initial level is a Member's participation in specific transactions within an Initiative ("Base Transaction Participation"). The amount of Member Deposit may increase Base Transaction Participations as well as other allocations. The Member may have participatory rights in Initiative County|Region allocations, as well as Society Country|Region allocations, and Society level allocations.

Memberships Deposits

Deposits Protocol is to be designed to accomplish a range of objectives and is currently under discussion.
